Room rates are subject to change and may vary depending on season.

Breakfast is included in all room rates.

Prices do not include Hawaii excise tax of 4.167% and transient accommodations tax of 7.25%.

A deposit of one-night’s room and tax is due at the time of booking to hold the room. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 1 night’s deposit.  For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date, deposit (at that time the whole amount), minus a 15% fee, will be refunded ONLY for nights that can be rebooked.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 11:00 am

All rooms are non-smoking.

Quoted rates are for a minimum 2 night stay. A $15 cleaning fee will be added to single-night reservations.
